Need that last minute sports physical and can’t get into your doctor’s office for another two weeks? No need to stress, we now offer scheduled appointments for PHYSICALS.

• Scheduled appointments available 7-days a week, 10am – 10pm
• MUST provide paperwork from school or organization
• EKG included and required for each physical
• $35 cash-pay only
• No DOT physicals at this time
